Not much information to go on, but nonetheless -
Try removing 3rd party browser extensions (in IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Browsing,
“uncheck” Enable Third Party Browser Extensions, then run a system file scan, (SFC) and
re-registered these dll files.
Click Start, Run, then type in: (pressing Enter after each one)
regsvr32 /i browseui.dll
regsvr32 /i shell32
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 msxml.dll
You may also need to:
Click Start, Run, then type in: regsvr32 /i C:\windows\srchasst\srchui.dll
Press Enter
