anyway I have managed to change to plain text. I hope somebody may be

Hi all

I have a problem with my laptop, everytime I start up I get the
following message #MSNTB_TOOLBAR_FULL_NAME# IS UNABLE TO LOAD ITS
CONFIG FILE I click CLOSE and it goes away can anyone tell me how to get
rid of it please.
