My first guess would be malware... But that's almost always my guess when we
haven't any information to go on. What sort of problems are you getting if
you try to log on to the account? If it's a corrupt profile then see the
bottom link... I really think the first guess would be malware without any
real information besides saying it froze. What more info can you feed us?
