Re: External Hard Drive
If you're brave and mechanically inclined enough, take the hard drive out of
the case. If the drive maker indicates "Jupiter", chunk it in the trash and
replace it now with a WD, Seagate, Maxtor, or Hitachi model 120GB.
Will save you some heartache in a couple of weeks from now at least that was
my experience.
