right click my computer, then properties,then hardware,then device
manager,then scroll down to sound and video and game controllers,expand
selection and see if you have a yellow exclamation mark. if you have then
press update drivers with the disk that you have. you will have to select
which drive your disk is in for the device to load the drivers from.
