Some fans do not have a wire to tell the motherboard what speed they are
running at, others change their speed according to the temperature
around the fan. If you can see that the fans are indeed working and the
temperatures in the case are not too high I would turn off the fan
alarms. Personally, I do not use Probe as I had too many problems with
it. I currently use Speedfan which does a better job of monitoring
everything and does not have the "stupid" minimum RPM settings.
