Try a clean boot: Start -> Run -> msconfig. Click the Services tab. Put
a checkmark in the box above the OK button to the left (Hide all Microsoft services). Click the Disable All button. Click Apply. Click the Startup tab. Click the Disable All button. Click Apply. Click the Close button (not the white x in the top right corner). Click Restart. |
