IE Links Open new Pages
Everytime I click on a link in IE 6, it opens a new windows. I looked in
Internet Tools/Options/Advanced Tab and the option to "reuse windows for launching shortcuts" is checked. If that is the case, why does a new window open everytime I click on a link?
