I have a retail store, where I have two computer. One of my sons works with
me, when he is alone at the store, he spend some time on Porn sites,
downloding music, and surfing the internet. How can I restrict him of
visiting these webpages and downloading music. There are some websites that
He needs to access in order to do his job. Can I create a list of allowed
websites? if so, how? and how to avoid this setting to be changed by him. I
want to do this on both computers.

Thanks a lot.

PD: Both computers are running WindowsXP

This can be easily accomplished with third-party web filtering software,
which is widely available. I can't recommend a particular product, but you
can find reviews of web filtering software in all the computer e-zines (like
CNet, PC Magazine, etc.)
