I regularly visit a few secure sites. One of them comes up almost instantly
but another takes about 2 minutes just to get a certificate to me and
another couple of minutes before I get to the login screen. If I logout of
the site and revisit it without exiting my browser I get to the login screen
almost instantly. I am stumped as to why this is happening and any help
tracking down the cause of this would be greatly appreciated.
