I presume you mean your site realpromise.co.uk?
Looks fine on my puter so it could be your encoding settings in IE. View>Encoding menu. Select Auto-detect. Also it may be the pound symbols that you use to embellish amout values. You may be using a font that does not have Pounds. Check Internet Options>General Tab>Fonts button. (Though this is unlikely some of your visitors from Eastern Europe may not have latin based fonts installed) If you are the developer of the site then there are character encodeings for currency symbols that you can use instead of the actual 'pound' character. You have to research that for yourself.
