Hi,
I am having the same problem, for about a week now. Have tried all of the
suggested tips within this post, but to no avail. Would really like to
resolve this as I have purchased software over the net, and cannot download
it.
Thank you in advance.

try using firefox instead of IE - it has worked so far for me. I now use both
- tend to use firefox to down load stuff.

Have you changed any equipment in your network? Upgraded firmware to your
router? Made any system changes to your computer?
