Hi Claude,

I have also searched extensively for any info also but to not avail. It
appears that the original developers of IE did not spend the time to fully
document it.

You can get a good idea of how it works by examining the registry value
after you move the toolbars about and save your settings.

You have probably already visited
http://www.iecustomizer.com/itbarlayoutdownload.htm. These were just copy
and paste values from the Registry
