When one person is using the internet (using XP) a second user who tries to
use internet at same time gets a runtime error message. However, the first
user can start internet explorer multiple times. Problem started all at
once. ANy ideas?

I ended up using system retore and went back 10 days. Fixed the issue, but I
can't recall what I might have added that caused the problem Oh, well.
