Default "Run Time" Error Message

More and more frequently I get this "Run Time" error message while I'm at a
web site. Then I get the option to use the "Machine Debugger". However, I
have no idea how to use this "Debugger". Where can I get some info on how to
use it? Also, why am I getting this "Run Time" error on more and more sites?

Exactly which Runtime error are you getting?
What are you doing when you get it?

As to the debugger, you don't have to use it.
Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Disable script debugging and script error notification.

Hi Alan,
When I click ignore (or something to that effect) I get repeated error
messages (like every mouse click). If I agree to use the "debugger", I
quickly realize that I don't know how to use it. It looks as if I'm being
offered a chance to edit the registry, which I know I have no expertise for.

Please answer my two questions and read my response on the debugger.

I apologize, but I'm not sure which runtime error I'm getting. I'll have to
write down tthe info upon the next occurence. What I do usually is to click
"No" to the question: "do I want to debug now"? Sorry for the lack of
specifics.

No problems, but there are many runtime errors.
Supply the verbatim message for more help.
