Default Right click MSIE6.0 function disabled

I am using Win 98SE, MSIE 6.0, on a Gateway 233mHz and 320 MB RAM with a
dialup connection. When I load the loacal newspaper web page
http://www.timesonline.com/site/news.asp?brd=2305 and right click on any
article hypertext, picture on that page, I immediately receive a "Internet
Explorer function disabled " message. The openeing pages of www.microsft.com
or http://www.foxnews.com/ have no such problem. Is this an action taken by
the newspaper web master or do I have some "Security" setting improperly
set? Thanks.
