kpy- Did you ever find a resolution to this? I have a couple machines that

Hi TC,
sorry I still do not have any solution. Microsoft engr said this problem is not registered in their database and is not IE problem. They said it could be caused by a 3rd software or the download website. Pls let me know if whenever you have a solution. Thanks. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
