Hello
I use email web based ISP. When I open my emails, I am unable to read them until I highlight them with a dark colour. Any thoughts as to how I can fix this? Thanks Best |

Hello Best,
Thank you for using newsgroup! From your post, I agree with other peer's suggestion. You may follow these steps to test: 1. Open Internet Explorer. 2. Click Tools\Internet Options 3. In the General tab, please click Colors button at the bottom. 4. Please check "Use Windows colors" option. 5. Click OK and restart Internet Explorer to test. Hope that helps! Hi,
Well, I was sure that "Please check "Use Windows colors" option." was going to fix this, but... Check these settings: Internet Options> General> Accessibility. For most users, nothing should be checked. Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display. Make sure that High Contrast is not checked. Also click on Settings and uncheck Use Shortcut. That will disable the Alt+Shift+Print Screen shortcut to High Contrast. And... are you sure that you aren't setup for something like white text on a white background? - - Hope this helps, Don [MS MVP- IE] <best[at]news.postalias> wrote in message news:AC3EEF03-0988-4D10-B6BF-A2CE3851B4AB@microsoft.com... > Thanks Ken and Ed > > I have tried this prior to my message but did not make any diffrence. > > Any other ideas please ? > > Many thanks. > > Best > "Ken Zhao [MSFT]" wrote: > > Hello Best, > > > > Thank you for using newsgroup! > > > > From your post, I agree with other peer's suggestion.
