Yupp, everything is at par. NAV was also causing my computer not to respond
when I tried to shut the computer down and it also conflicts with my iTunes, so I have to disable it every time I want to: use Acrobat, iTunes or shut down my computer. It's getting to be a pain. Well, it sounds like it is time to consider an alternative Firewall / Anti Virus solution. Unfortunately, that would mean first uninstalling those Symantec / Norton products, which can be a nightmare in itself. I am not a computer security expert by any means and I would encourage you to research / decide on an alternative Security product. I am using ZoneAlarm Security Suite version 6.1.737.000 and am quite happy with it, but I do also use additional free Anti Spyware programs. Others may not agree with my choice and have other products that they feel are superior to ZASS. In case you would like to check it out: http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/home.jsp ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Julia" <Julia@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:36389465-62EF-44A3-AD99-D4310CAD630E@microsoft.com...
