When I close internet explorer, I get a blank internet explorer window with
about blank: in the address bar. Then when I go to close this window I keep
getting a "not responding" message. How can I eliminate all this fuss.

i've downloaded both microsft beta spyware and spybot s&d but i still get the
same problem
help please
