Default "Maximize" web pages as the default?

How do I set "Maximize" as the default for all web pages I call up on IE?

You can't without 3rd party applications but this suits me:

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
