Default IE6 rejecting cookies

Sorry if this has been posted but haven't seen it after looking back a
weeks post.

IE6 is apparently rejecting cookies even though I've not changed anything. I
cannot sign in to my ebay account at ebay.co.uk. Checking the obvious
,privacy setting it is set to medium & it is set to allow 1st party cookies
but to prompt for 3rd party cookies. Session cookies are allowed. I've tried
every configuration of cookie setting but still ebay & a few other sites (
bt.yahoo.com) tell me the browser is recting cookies!! Can someome shed some
light on this for me??

Thanks

Tony P
