When I first got my computer I was using DSL for the internet and everything
was fine but when I switched to cabel the backgrounds stoped showing up and
all Im left with is a white page.Ive tryed going into tools but that didnt
help me at all.Do you have any clue on whats causing this to happen and how
to fix it with out having to delete all my documents on my computer and then
having to reinstall everything.

IE Tools > Internet Options > General > Accessibility: Is anything checked
here? Did you check it?

i did that but it did nothing my internet is still not showing the
backgrounds or colors...
