Default Images appear pixelated on all web pages in my browser

I am not sure why this is but all images appear very pixelated and I don't
know which settings to change in my browser to fix this. Images on my pc are
fine but it only seems to happen in my web browser. Can any one help?

If you're using any web acceleration software it will cause this. Try
disabling it and see if it helps.
