Default Reset Web Setting Option

I was wondering why I don't have the button for 'Reset Web Setting' under
TOOLS. My other computer do, but this one doesn't. Why don't I have the button

Windows version of the machine-in-question? Is the machine fully up-to-date
at Windows Update?

What "anti-malware" tools do you have installed/used?

You have not told us which Windows version.

Right click My Computer and click Properties and copy down the complete
Windows Version information.
