Default What the 0x7470b439???

Everytime I try to run IE I get that error, in fact I cant seem to run any
program. I would test the memory but I dont have the blanks to fill in the
empty slots. So the only way to know is if someone else has seen this and
might confirm what it could be, Thanks.

You might be infested with malware.

It is funny how everytime I post here, I get these people with so many
degrees of MV* that youd think they were designing windows OS, well maybe
they are and thats why not a single time I post to MS NEwsgroups have I been
able to get a clear and productive response. Well thanks for nothing, but I
