Explorer won't run. I get the following message.
Top bar says " Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Error" The body in the box says:
"Runtime error. Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer:iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the applictions support team for more information"

can anyone help me?

I tried doing that but know the add/remove window is locked up. I may have
to reboot in order to carry on.
