I was wondering why I don't have the button for 'Reset Web Setting' under
TOOLS. My other computer do, but this one doesn't. Why don't I have the button |

Windows version of the machine-in-question? Is the machine fully up-to-date
at Windows Update? It is the windows version, and the machine should be up-to-date. And what do

You have not told us which Windows version.
Right click My Computer and click Properties and copy down the complete Windows Version information.
