Explorer shuts down within minutes. What do I do?

My solution to your problem has been to download Firefox to my computer copy it to a USB Flash memory drive. Then start up the infected computer in Safe Mode with Networking. Install Firefox. Using Firefox, download HijackThis from http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ Run it and submit the results to http://www.hijackthis.de/en |
