Dear Sir,
I'm using iNotes 6.5.2 as my default mails. If I received any message with chinese characters in the subject field. I can't browse that page and an error is coming up, 'Error encountered retrieving data. Click the browser's Refresh button to reload the page'. No matter how many times I clicked the refresh button, I still can't browse those mails until I remove all subjects with chinese characters. I also check with IBM but they said they can't do anything. Do you have any suggestion? PS. some PC can veiw those mails with chinese subject and have same IE version. Thanks Eva |
