How do you reset I.E.6/SP-2 in WinXP Pro/SP-2 to scroll one line at a time
within a document, by uning the up/down arrows (not mouse scroll wheel)
instead of 3+ lines at a time? THANKS!

AFAIK it uses the settings for the mouse wheel. Unfortunately my computer
doesn't have a wheel tab for the mouse and I haven't found another way to
set it yet.
