Right click My Computer and select Properties.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under "Startup and Recovery" click "Settings".
Uncheck Automatically Restart.

Windows will show you a blue screen next time instead of restarting. We
need the error information from that blue screen.

You might be infested with malware.

I may have the same problem, does your computer hang, ie cant move mouse or
use keyboard?
This just started a few days ago for me
