I have experienced (and seen on other PC's) that when you go into your
internet temp files ("tools," then to "options", then to "settings," then finally to "View files") I start scrolling down and the whole screen (window) snaps off, disappearing and sending me to my desktop. We are running TrenMicro, looked through the Registry and MSCONFIG... nothing. I cannot find anything about this problem on the net, anywhere, yet it seems to be very common place. Have reformatted and everything is fresh for days. Surf a few adult sites and bam. Probably is spyware but how does one fix it? IE cannot be reinstalled!! |
