I have one computer ( of several that I use at work ) where IE6 has a hard
time following links. I can successfully follow 3 or 4 links, then the globe in the upper right hand corner spins and spins and spins when trying to go to the next link. On that particular computer, I have installed Firefox as a workaround. The OS is Windows 2K, the computer is on a military network, and it makes no difference what sites I am trying to reach. It happens when looking for drivers, where you need to jump from one page to another, or just following links on a news article. The problem does not occur with Firefox. All Windows updates are current. Thanks for any ideas. |
