I have a client in a different state. When he logs into OWA, the entire left
column where the folder list is completely gone. His list of emails is the
left column. He says he used to see the folder list.

when I log onto his account from any other computer, the folder list is there.

I have deleted cookies, temp int files, and put everything in internet
options back to default. I have cleared his forms and passwords.

Not sure what else to try. I
