Default SETP.tmf Virus

Dear Sirs

Everytime I open MS explorer I get a message stating that a virus by
SETP.tmf is present and cannot be deleted. How do I get rid of it? I think
the virus is Dial/GBDial-B but it reappears everytime I open explorer.
Could you please help?

Windows is not giving you this message. What anti-virus are you using?

Restart in Safe Mode and run the scan there.
