Do you refer to the charset="Windows-1252" ?
That's strange, my settings are:
Western Europe Windows, Quoted Printable.

Thanks for your advice, I made all the suggested,
but the problem isn't solved.
Once a month, I use System Mechanic to clean the Registry,
maybe did it clean the wrong key ?
