I tried to filter spam that way but it's a losing battle. You won't be able
to add enough key words to keep up, and you'll find that several of the keywords you choose can be found in legitimate emails that you wouldn't want filtered. I finally wound up with an ISP who uses "SpamAssassin" and I found this eliminated 99%+ of junk mail without my need to do so "manually."
