Hi,
I was hoping to find a way that I can automatically divert emails from a specific sender into a separate folder rather than manually dragging them to a new folder. Thankyou |

Message Rule.
1) Where the From line contains people 2) Move it to the specified folder & Stop processing more rules. Click on Contains People and select the address(s) Click on Specified Folder and select it. Note: Rules to move messages should be placed at the top of the message rule list in order to work correctly. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Sian Flynn" <sian_flynn@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:OkxmHGx6FHA.2036@TK2MSFTNGP14.phx.gbl... > Hi, > > I was hoping to find a way that I can automatically divert emails from a > specific sender into a separate folder rather than manually dragging them > to a new folder. > > Thankyou > > > |
