Thanks for all the inputs but I have one more related question.
If I delete or restrict the number of posts I download or retain, then I have limited the amount of subjects I can search for using the Edit/Find command. I have never mastered the art of going online and searching the entire archive for a particuar subject. Any advice is appreciated.
