Default Enlarge font size (2)

This time I did look at Help.

I cannot change the font size, as I need to for a
sight-impaired friend I mail to.

I don't care about *my* screen though it would
be nice if it represented what is being sent.

The obvious font toolbar changes style but
does nothing with the size -- just ignores my
mouse.

I can use "Format Style: Heading 1" but that sets style
as well as size. Is this also in MSIE? (which I don't use?)

Are you using stationery to compose? If so, the font could be specified in
the stationery so you can't change it. Try composing with no stationery and
see if you can change the font size then.

????? I didled with stationery no stationery blank stationery
Now I can control the font *regardless* of how I set the stationery.
I am now *unable* to lose control of the font and size.
Which suits me just fine ! Go figure.

Thanks very much, Steve, you fixed my problem.
