We don't speak Portuguese (or Brasilian, if that matters ;-) ) here. I don't
neither, even if I can read it.

Please explian what exactly happens, and what the error message says.

If it are mail messages, you might have specified no or an unexisting SMTP
server.

If it are news messages, please tell us how you send them. Also, keep in
mind that those messages have a delay before showing up.
