Cannot send attachments
New machine, XP Pro, for some reason I am unable to send attachments with my

What kind of attachments? JPGs, GIFs? In Tools | Options | Send | HTML
Settings, is Send pictures with messages checked? They are PPS and WMA/WMV files. Yes sending as HTML and send pictures is

Appears that it is being sent, then after a short period of time I get an
