I checked the box "Leave a copy of message on server", but it doesn't do
that. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it doesn't work still.
The problem is with my desktop. It seems to be intercepting mail, not
leaving it on server, then I cannot retrieve on my laptop, which is where I
prefer to get it.
What to do?
Qwest is my ISP, they of course say it is a software problem, Microsoft says
that since it came preinstalled by Dell, it is there problem, and Dell wants
to sell me something else!

Have you selected to delete the messages after a number of days? If not, the
server is getting clogged up.

Are you scanning the email for viruses?
The desktop has the box checked?
Try creating a new Identity.

I am scanning for viruses. The desktop and the laptop have "leave message"
box checked, and so I guess I will try a new identity.
