OE 6 SP1 running on Win2K
The problem: when new e-mails are received, they are automatically being marked read even though the preview pane is not active. |

Any message rule doing this?
If not, you may have a damaged identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages from the old identity and delete it. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "gdigh" <gdigh@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F75FBBE4-D2B0-4D9C-BF56-6BCE879498F1@microsoft.com... > OE 6 SP1 running on Win2K > The problem: when new e-mails are received, they are automatically being > marked read even though the preview pane is not active. |
