I have windows XP SP2
and IE 6 SP2 and I use Outlook express 6. Ican use the mail icon on the tool
bar in IE to read and send mail with OE but when I try to send a web page or
link usingthe tool bar or the menu item "Send T" I get a dialog box asking me
to choose a profile
in MS Outlook. How can I just use OE?. Iwas able to use it for web pages
with Windows 98, IE 5 and OE 5.

Make OE the default e-mail client:

Hi Bruce:
Thanks a lot for your response.
I got it to work by using both of your links. I had to edit the registry and
was able to do it without a problem
