Default Outlook Express Displays Incorrect Time In Sent Emails

Hea,
Why does Outlook Express add about 2 hours when I reply to an email. The
email adds a couple of hours (in the header area) to the actual time the
email was received or sent? It does this
when I reply; I don't believe it is doing this when I "create" an email. The
time
which is displayed in my system tray displays the correct time of day.
Thanks a bunch
Windows XP
SP2
Outlook express 6.0
