I have the same problem, and I'm using dial-up. When uploading
attachments from OE, they seem to take forever. If I watch the modem status lights, I see that the data is being tranmitted in very sporadic bursts with long pauses in between, as opposed to a steady stream. This doesn't happen when I upload the same attachments using Eudora; the attachments are sent in a fraction of the time OE consumes for the same task. No E-mail screening or firewall present, so it can't be that. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in your experience or perception. Cheers...
