Outlook Express does not save server password win98

I tried all the REGEDIT stuff (Protected Storage System Provider) and
nothing worked. Someone said to run pstores -install in DOS. Still
didn't work. I fixed the problem by going to Identities->Manage
Identities and did Add Identity (primary). I checked the Requires
Password box. It was fixed after that.
