There is no Pop3 or SMTP settings for Hotmail.

See this about reading Hotmail in OE:

Hotmail stopped providing POP3 and SMTP mail servers over 6 years ago (soon
after Microsoft bought it). You have to define an HTTPmail account in
Outlook to use the WebDAV scripting interface to their mail server. That
also means that you must PAY for a Hotmail account if you want to access a
Hotmail account using a local e-mail client; otherwise, freebie accounts
created after 29-Nov-2004 require you to use the webmail interface.

BTW:
If you have the time to post here then you have the time to return here
checking for replies. Not interested in disconnecting the discussion by
taking it offline via e-mail and not interested in making it easy for
spammer to cull e-mail addresses.
